That wonderful time of the year is upon us...time for one of our most favorite events, the 2015 French Quarter Festival!

THURSDAY, APRIL 9

MUSIC: Partners N Crime & The Big Easy Band featuring DJ Jubilee from 3:50-5:00 on the Tropical Isle Hand Grenade Stage.

MUSIC: Irvin Mayfield and NOJO: The Music of Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, and The Grateful Dead from 5:20-6:45 on the Abita Beer Stage.
 
FOOD: Stuffed crab with baked macaroni from Jack Dempsey's.
 
DESSERT: Strawberry with condensed milk snowball from Plum St. Snoballs.

FRIDAY, APRIL 10
 
MUSIC: Tank and the Bangas from 5:45-7:00 on the Tropical Isle Hand Grenade Stage.
 
MUSIC: The Original Pinettes from 5:45-7:00 at the Popeyes Barracks St. Brass Band Jam with OffBeat Magazine.

FOOD: BBQ shrimp and grits from Cafe Reconcile.

DESSERT: Mango freeze from WWOZ.

SATURDAY, APRIL 11
 
MUSIC: Big Chief Bo Dollis, Jr. & the Wild Magnolias from 5:25-6:45 on the Abita Beer Stage.

MUSIC: LosOtros from 5:30-7:00 on WWL's Esplanade in the Shade Stage.

FOOD: Creole hot sausage po-boy from Vaucresson's Sausage Co.

DESSERT: Creole cream cheese ice cream with Louisiana strawberries from Quintin's Ice Cream.
 

This Mardi Gras Indian tribe puts on a show utilizing massive headdresses, extravagant costumes, and intricate decor to celebrate their historical legacy. The Wild Magnolias, previously led by Big Chief Bo Dollis Sr., coined the term and genre of Indian Funk. MUSIC: Astral Project from 5:30-7:00 on WWL's Esplanade in the Shade Stage.
 
FOOD: Prime rib debris po-boy from Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse.
 
DESSERT: White chocolate kingcake bread pudding up from Haydel’s Bakery.
